Easy to use!

Satisfied for years
I have used Quicktax and now Turbotax for many years for my wife, myself and a small business.
I find it quick and easy to use. No need to go over the forms to see if I missed a line or added wrong and filing electronically is certainly a huge advantage.

Easy to Use
Turbo Tax is the only product I would ever use to calculate our taxes. Easy to use, helpful tips, questions answered, just a click away. Eliminates the adding machine and worry. Love it!

Confusing Question
You have a question just before you Netfile, "Do you have no income?" You must answer "No", as in "No, I have no income." I am not just being picky here, but that is a double negative. If you have no income, the correct answer should be "Yes", as in "Yes, that is correct. I have no income." Re-wording the question to something like, "Do you have any more income to report?" would solve the confusion.

So easy with Turbo Tax
I have used this software for many years, it just keeps getting better and easier. As my situation changes, the Turbo tax software helps me take advantage of all the tax breaks I can. I use the optimizers to maximizes my refund.

I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 4 years and as of yet I haven't had any issues using it. Its easy to use and I would recommend using this product if you want to complete your own taxes!

Love the Product
Very simple and easy to follow. The only thing I would suggest is this. I had previous capital losses that I wanted to use against this years capital gains. I had to go to help and was led to the right form.
It would be helpful if the easy step program asked the question about previous capital losses to be used for capital gains or if there were previous capital gains which we could reclaim from capital losses of this year.

I use it every year
This program is very easy to use. I have used the on line chat and they are very helpful. I have also used the search for different things like tuition information and the choices they offer help everytime. This is a great purchase. Way better than paying $50-$100 to have them done by a professional.
