Surprised
Using Turbo Tax is very easy and accurate. The built-in optimizers for medical expenses, pension splitting, etc. are extremely valuable and useful. I have recommended Turbo Tax to many people and will continue to do so.

Get Your Taxes Done
This product was very easy to use. We have used it for a number of years and the auto fill from previous return feature saves a lot of time. It is handy as it links right up with our CRA accounts for easy and speed of compiling and filing. Thanks!

Good Value
Very easy to use and follow along with "Easy Step". Maximizes my refund available and carries forward all pertainient information from the past year and for the next year. Down loading CRA info directly helps avoid errors.

Best Tax Software

Easy and Reliable
I have used for years and will continue to. Only frustrating thing is, it always shows a refund is coming until after the review, then the number changes downwards. Always seems to happen .... kind of a bummer! :(

Printing pages
I would like to be able to easily print certain individual pages, such as the Detailed Summary and/or the Comparative Summary pages. As things stand now am unable to do so. Otherwise am satisfied with the overall information and ease of operation of this package.

lots of trouble but worth it
After 7 days of entering data, a dialogue box informed me that an UPDATE was available. I complied and my PC crashed! Following 2 days with TurboTax Support, I was able ro reinstall Windows 10 and TurboTax and complete 2 returns. Also: my spouse turned 65 in December and the software thought that she should have declkared income from OAS.She did not receive income until January 27th-as all OAS is credited one month after it is earned.? Cudos to your support team for getting me through.
