TELEPHONE SERVICES

Great product!
I had a couple accounting questions and both times I called they were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I like the fact that they have technical support for both the actual software and for accounting-related questions. I would recommend this product to anyone who would prefer to file their own taxes.

Based on your input Turbo Tax can help you with alot of Tips, Hints, and Warnings to help you get what you may be entitled to, this is a great feature of this software.
Another great help is calling a Tax Expert if you have questions with those entitlements, and it is included in your purchase of the software!

turbotax 2011
i found that the turbo tax 2011 has taken the work out of doing the taxes. save an incredible amount of time. i have always done taxes by hand and found it to be quite a chore. with turbo tax it was a joy doing taxes..if you can imagine that. i am glad that i made the purchase

Good Product

Simple & Sensible
We've used Turbo Tax for several years. I love that my information carries forward every year saving valuable time and energy. The program is great at asking questions (in plain English) that allow it to focus on the areas that you actually have information to enter without having to wade through form after form trying to determine what applies to you. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
