SOOOOOO Easy
Turbo Tax Rocks. I did my taxes and my wifes in record time ( way less than the tax guys ) and it cost me 1/8 of the cost. THANX TURBOTAX

Another Refund!
I just finished my tax return using TurboTax Standard and have netfiled it in. I've been using TurboTax (Standard) for a number of years. I love the way I don't have to calculate everything or fill in tons of paperwork. If I run into a question, or problem, the handy help icon is there to solve it. I just wish I had more people in my household who could take advantage of the number of returns allowed. Now, I just have to sit back and wait for my refund to appear in my bank account!

Yearly Buy
Speeds the filing for the whole family from slips to filing to refund (hopefully). Easy navigation, but they just need to add the ("Do not pick Yes if it is a part of T4 slip") comment for every question.

Great product
While the TurboTax product itself is very well-designed and easy to use I was particularly impressed with the phone support when I lost my activation key; they were friendly, efficient, and got me up and running right away (and all that on a Saturday morning with less than 2 minutes on hold).

Easy to use
My first time doing my taxes myself and i found it so simple, didnt even take very long. It explained everything step by step and even notified me when i missed something (good thing cause my return was larger for it!) I would recommend this to anyone!

Works well, but....
My biggest problem with TurboTax is that you have to install new software year after year. Not only is this an excessive waste of cd's and packaging, but it also takes up hard drive space on the computer. It would be nice if we could just install the software once, then update it yearly (for a reasonable fee) with the new tax forms.

Quick and easy to use with a lots of tips to help maximize your return. It walks you through everything and the help files are linked to what you are working on. So if you have questions on a certain area, the help files are linked, so you don't need to go searching.

Never any unpleasant surprises
I've been using Turbo Tax (and Quick Tax before ti) for ten years now. It is always easy to use, no unpleasant surprises, and I love that I can experiment with allocating deductions between my spouse and myself to use them most effectively. I've recommended it to several friends over the years and they also use it every year now.

ITS SO EASY!
I used to cringe at the thought of getting my taxes done. I didnt know how to do them myself and going to buisness that do them charge you a small fortune. A friend referred turbo tax and it was so simple! I also got more back doing taxes on my own than i ever did going to someone! Now i look forward to tax season every year
