No errors = priceless
I use Quicktax every year to guarentee a no error filing of my taxes. It is quick, reliable, and well worth the minimal cost. I use it to do family and friends returns as well. Absolutely amazing.

So fast & easy to use
I have used TurboTax (previously QuickTax) for the last 2 years. Having tried other tax return software in the past as well as doing my own paper returns, I can confidently say that this is by far the easiest and accurate tax return system I have ever used. TurboTax is thorough and the reminders for additional deductions & credits are very helpful. Everything is in plain language and each step of the return has plenty of explanations and examples should you need them. I'm a 100% satisfied return customer.

Interview Steps
The interview steps have been improved significatly over past years. This year I actually made it all the way through rather than cancelling the process and filling in the forms directly.

Tax Retrns Made Easy
I have used the Turbo Tax package for a number of years. Every year I am amazed at how the program makes the income tax preparation process so painless and fast! Even when I am not getting a deduction and need to send more money, I'm reassured that I've optimized my return.

Great Tax Preparation Software

Best Ever
This is my 3rd year using TurboTax and I love it!!! Get my T4, Grab a coffee and in under an hour I am done and filed. Easy easy easy!! Totally Recommend it! Once you have you will be doing your own plus the rest of your famlies taxes every year!

the only tax software worth it's price

Great Tax Software
I use it every year for myself and for my parents. I find the tips very helpful; especially, the income optimizer for my parents' returns which are completed simultaneously - a great time saver. This is my 6th year in a row purchasing this software and I wouldn't consider changing to any other program!

Broke my own record
Started 2 returns at 8:10 pm and was finished at 8:30 pm. I was amazed at how easy it was to income split with my wife. Using income splitting I am getting back several grand more than I thought I would.

Excellent value
I am retired, do not have a difficult tax return, however, I always used to get stuck at one point or another. I have completed my tax returns for over 35 years without any problems, the last 10 years I've always been stumped. Turbo Tax makes it easy for me. It's well worth the money.

Great Software Purchase
Turbo Tax is the best income tax software for doing your income tax and the help and steps going through it is excellent. It covers everything that you can claim so that you don't miss any deductions and you get back exactly what you should get back or pay back only what you should pay back.

Turbo Tax
I have used Quick Tax for 12 years or more, and now that it is Turbo Tax, I was a wee bit leery, I'd worked on tech support for US customers that had problems with printing forms from Turbo Tax. However, I have to say using the 2011 version of TT has relieved me -- it's virtually the same easy-to-navigate Quick Tax tax software that walked me through step by step, yet still has the option of going through individual forms should I so choose.
Glad to have it EVERY year!

I have used this software for the preparation of my own tax return and those of family members for several years. I have always found the program to be accurate and easy to use. The EasyStep Interview format ensures that I enter all pertinent information, and the Review process confirms previous entries, as well as makes the correction or addition of later data simple. I am not a professional "numbers guy", and use of this software has made tax time a lot less stressful and more accurate than the days past when I would manually complete the returns.

TurboTax claims to be error-free
It may be error-free once all the numbers are in, but with 2 of us on the one "return" file, importing the 2nd individual failed repeatedly, claiming that the other individual was still signed in with CRA.
There is also still a bug importing critical numbers from Quebec Releve 1, so even though it shows imported, those numbers are missing. This error has persisted for at least 5 years, yet all the company does is have a warning that there might be a problem. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

DIY Tax Filing
Been using Turbotax for years. I hope Intuit does not push their customers to use the cloud based versions. Some people, like me still prefer their data saved on their personal computer and not on the cloud.

A little better this year
Last year there was an installation glitch and I had to call for assistance. That seems to have been rectified this year. Other than that about the same as always. I've been using Turbotax for over 20 years (and Cantax before that) so there aren't any real surprises. I will say the the filing process has gotten easier in the past couple of years.
