Stretch your eyes
It's fairly easy to use. Just need patience... and good eyes as characters are quite small, but maybe it can be zoomed, I did not bother though as I'm comfortable with it but my wife did not like so much the setting.
The tips and links all along, warnins and fixes help at he end of the software are very usefull and practical.

Releve 2 input is confusing
When entering information from T4A, T4A(OAS), T4A(P) and T4RIF, most of the information gets copied to the Releve 2 Input form. However, the amounts from separate T-slips are not presented in separate columns on the Releve 2 Input Form. There may be information from two or three different T-slips in the same column. This is very confusing and makes it almost impossible to verify that the Releve 2 information is correctly presented.

Saves a lot of time
I would recommend this program who has some computer Savvy. Once you figure where everything goes it become quite easy and in future years very easy to do the "What if". Would like a better price.

Great Tax Programme
I found the 2020 Software to file our returns easier to use than the other years.. It does not cost you an arm & leg.

QOK, with effort.
I believe that the numbers in para 3 or your note are wrong. Where did the $69,562 come from?
TurboTax help screen: Is my old age security (OAS) affected by splitting pension income with my spouse?
Splitting your spouse's pension income can affect your old age security (OAS) benefits. This
happens when the additional income your receive from your spouse's pension raises your
income above the threshold where you are required to repay OAS. In 2020 that amount is
$79,054.
The CRA takes this repayment (or "claw back") by reducing your OAS payments over 12
months, starting in July of 2021.
The repayment calculation is 15% of the difference between your income and the repayment
threshold for the year. For example, if your income in 2020 was $75,000, the difference would
be $75,000 - $69,562 = $5,438. Your repayment would be 15% of $5,438 = $815.70. Your
monthly OAS payments would be reduced by $67.98 ($815.70 divided by 12).

Just blindly follow - don't ask
Turebo Tax throws numbers up on my return for which I have no idea where they come from or how they were calculated. It would be really nice if I could click on any number like that and find out how and why it shows up. As it is: don't ask -just follow blindly.

Not as good as before
This year it seemed to take an extremely long time to get from one page to the other, and filing was a very long wait. Also had a great deal of trouble opening the app in the first place. It took over fifteen min before it opened.

OverKill purchase, 20 returns when you only need 2
Good for the value. But 20 tax returns for $35.00 I am sure you can lower the price if you only need 5, or charge based on the # of tax returns used. That would be a better business model. I only need 2, what do I do with the rest of them? They go to waste!

Works great for me
I have been using TurboTax since it was Quick Tax and it has been good except last years later filing (2019). I had trouble updating the CD version for 2019. This year things went smooth again (I downloaded the TurboTax this year) and all is went smooth.

Works Well
Since you can autofill, it makes doing taxes easier, especially if you have many tax forms. It checks for errors and gives warnings for things you may missed. My biggest complaint is that I have to pay the same price for 2 forms as I would for 8 forms.

Getting Better
Turbo Tax is still much the same but I appreciate this because I am used to it after using it for many years. It still has some quirks and some awkward ways of presenting things but I think it is improving. I liked some of the new navigation tools allowing the user to skip around easily but find their way back to where they want to be (for the most part).

Glitches with Manitoba Prov NRTC's
Help screens for MB credits were so vague and lacking. Some forms were not even covered. Sometimes on certain lines clicking on the line number leads to a totally unrelated federal page.

Caution when importing from CRA
I tried importing slips from CRA on two returns, one worked and the other indicated it worked but I logged in to My CRA Account and found that most of the slips didn't get downloaded. The other problem is it does NOT download the name of the institution with the slip so it is very difficult to trace a problem if the amounts don't match your paper slips. Perhaps Intuit will consider including this on TurtoTax for 2021 tax year.

Good product, have used for many years
This year turbotax did not import my data from last year so I had to do it manually, and it still tries to get me to upgrade when I do not need to...a minor inconvenience , just click through it. Also, it did not quite work as well as it might have done in that I had to enter all my medical expenses manually, quite a pain. Overall though, I would and will use the product again. I am used to it and hope these small items will be looked into. Thank you

I think it was even more user friendly than in the past. Cues and questions help keep you on track. Occasionally, the information on the subject you searched doesn't give you a clear way to proceed (eg. Capital Gains).
