Okay product
I have been using the product for taxes for years. Not that expensive and it walks you through everything. I was surprised it did not prompt more about COVID and working at home. I had to manually fill in some forms rather than using the easy step to claim working at home expenses. My only disappointment.

Turbo Tax Standard
I have used Turbo Tax Standard for a number of years and will continue too. Its easy to understand and it does all the calculations.
Its a great product for people who are not good at `preparing tax returns.

Surprised request
Have used it for years, some things could improve, that is always true. The surprise was though: after last update it asked me to enter the license code again, why? what if I did not save the e-mail with it as that never was needed for previous years. well the mail with license code was also very bad formatted -KISS (keep is simple stupid)

It's a good tax software.

Updates needed to pop up definitions

Grandma's Review
I like using Turbo Tax. It's relatively simple to use. The only thing I don't like is you jump from one return to the next return if you are completing more than your own return. You should be able to complete one return completely and then complete the next return entirely.

Ease of Use
As a truck driver, I have used Turbo Tax for the last five years. It makes doing my own taxes simple enough. It just needs a little organization on your part for your personal records.

Needs update
RRSP info had to be entered manually on forms , new work @home tax credit entry had to be entered manually on forms with f2 override. Usually Turbo tax is perfect. This year is a disappointment. And the idea of sharing donations on Facebook or twitter is ridiculous, and the idea of my tax claim supplier having a live link to social media with all the hacking going on is terrifying.

Good but older years were better
This year, there was little help on writing off costs for rental properties, taxes on principal residence and any other items that apply. Also moving between 3 different returns had to close out fully and re-start app.Sometimes glitched and didn't come up, had to close and re click icons

Retail version issues
I purchased my 2020 TurboTax from Costco which is the downloadable version. It will not pull the information from my previous years returns from the online website and wanted the file location on my computer. New computer so can't locate the file. I can still access previous years from my online account but there is no way to pull that info into the download version. In my opinion, it should have the option to pull direct from the online account or the computer. Would be a huge time saver. Called customer support which only frustrated me even more.

nice tax soft
Product works fine except if you access CRA for more that one tax report. CRA does not log off properly and instead of closing the CRA window like it asks u, you have to goback and then log off, before you do another tax report.

Quirky error
I am a Windows 10 user with Standard version of TurbotAX. On a regular basis the program seems to STALL and complain there is a program interrpting. Retry does not help but if I switch to the Switch TO button, it takes me to the display that ahppens when you hit the Microsoft Button. If I click back on the program, it seems to go away for a while. Just an annoying bug.

Keeps on Working Every Year
As a long time user, I was pleased the final connection to CRA worked perfectly. I will however have to wait for the NOTICES of Assessment...
