Excellent, with exception
I've bought this product for many, many years. What I find is getting in the way is upselling. I went into an "infinite loop" until I finally figured how to get right to the individual file and the different forms and schedules. I prefer getting to the individual file more directly.

Excellent product
Simple. thorough, error proof and good for any level. It's completely seamless with 'MyAccount' in Govt of Canada services, and Netfiles with one click of the mouse. I've used this product for many many years and I couldn't imagine doing taxes any other way.

Always use Turbo Tax!
If you are new to doing your own taxes, this is the way to go! We got fed up paying someone else to do our taxes, so we tried Turbo Tax. It is so user friendly, and I am confident that my taxes are correct.

Didn't like push to purchase TT Premier
There was a point after completing our profiles that TT Standard seemed to be telling me that it was necessary to upgrade to TT Premier, this was false! I had none of the listed reasons in my profile and after speaking with a TT Customer Service Rep. (20 minutes), it was determined I could IGNORE that requirement and continue with TT Standard. Intuit should change or make it clearer to the user that upgrading is not a requirement if you did not have any of the listed items.

I have purchased this product for the past six years and have not regretted doing so. I usually use the easy-step and find it very thorough. Will Always Use
I have been claiming taxes for for over 36 years and I've been using a program for about 34 of those years and except for a few years I've have always chosen Turbo Tax. I started with basic, but because of wages and needs I have been purchasing Turbo Tax Standard for a long tme. I always use step by step as I find it's easy to be guided and not have to worry about place things in wrong spot.
