Very easy to use. Works great except for update facility. You need to fix that so people know they have the most recent copy instead of having to uninstall and reinstall.

Good Product, but some issues
Overall, a good product, but I had some issues. I was unable to get rid of the form required when you sell your principal residence (I did not sell my residence). Also, I kept getting a warning stating that I had indicated that I had filed a disability certificate, which I never did! Frustrating.

2019 tax filing
took a long time to open, even though my computer is fairly fast. made a lot of dumb tax saving suggestions, tried to up sell more help, "get an expert" type of thing. some things not as clear as it could be

1st Class/O.K./Never Again/Maybe?
2019; 5/6th year I have used Turbo but 1st time "Quagmire Problems" arose. My fav. song "Why me Lord" crossed my mind a time or ten when I called the Help Center crew and felt they must have all been out for lunch. I persevered & solved problem. 2020-we will see!

Meets all my Needs
I have used turbo tax for the last few years and find that every year it gets better and better to use. Some of the forms have changed to make it easier to use by putting in percentages for myself and spouse and then only have to data enter once.

When you make changes to the program in the future please include the info separately. I spent considerable time looking for schedule 1 only to find out it was now part of the general form. Also please try to keep the cost of the program from getting out of a seniors reach...I spent 15 minutes doing a survey free of cost to help you and each year I can expect to pay more. After using Turbo tax for all those years, half price is all we have to pay.

Turbo Tax Standard
Overall it's pretty good but I was very disappointed near the end when you want to print it for the CRA.it gives you an option to print it for your records but not for the CRA unless you click on PDF format which they don't tell you So this option is hidden in the PDF format now were it wasn't before.Should also be a 1-800 number you can call for help as well.

TurboaTax 2019 worked good for what I needed
Good overall software, hard to know if any errors until CRA assessment but seemed fine. Like the RSP wizard to determine optimum amount to put in RSP for that tax year if do before RSP deadline Mar 1 before filing return and worksheets etc.

Double Negation
I wish questions were asked and not in negation format. It is confusing for people with English as a second language e.g. not a person living at the same address? (this is just an example of the sentence).
