Always do your taxes this way!
This is the only way my family has done their taxes for 8 years. We made the mistake this year of trying the free online version and it was a nightmare to use it kept timing out and not saving so you have to re-enter your information. We ended up purchasing turbo tax standard as it is the best option and the only way we will do our taxes from here on out.

Some confidence required
Every year I find the warnings section slightly unnerving. Each year warnings crop up that have nothing to do with my tax situation and I go in to make sure everything is filled out properly, but the warning never goes away. You have to have the confidence to just click "done with warnings" once you've checked that everything is filled out accurately. Otherwise, the software is easy to use.

Continued Good Value
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years - since it was "Quick Tax". It has always been a very good product, saving me hours and hours of time I used to spend preparing Income Tax returns for myself and my family. Money well spent!

It does the job
Somewhat better then in previous years. It still has some bugs about things you did not use or apply for, this is seen in the revision section.

Not as good as previous versions
I have used Quick Tax/Turbo Tax for years. This is the first time the review process has indicated things that were wrong. Is says "You have indicated that you have . . ." when upon review I did not. Not bad, just annoying. Still an awesome product, and will continue to use. But you need to research any warnings it provides. They may not be correct.

Import info from CRA
New feature in 2019 Standard Turbo Tax is quite useful. The tax software will load all of your information directly from CRA into your tax form. This feature will save you lot of typing and save you from forgot form.
Great work.
Small comment: If seems like 2019 Standard download not quite compatible with Windows 10 as I received run time error tt2019 when my tax was completed, try to reopen after clicking No new form

Simple Solid and Easy
This is great for simple taxes. It was excellent for calculating tuition credits and carryover from previous years. I wish it had a bit more help for other forms of income.

Works great
I had no problems with the tax program but had a heck of a time finding out where to get a (no charge) download. Fond it very awkward to have to delete TT and reinstall the corrected version. Very poor communication and unable to speak with (are you kidding 50 minute wait) a representative.
Also this is a crappy Survey

Review for TT2019
I do taxes for my daughter who is married to a non-Canadian and TTx doesn't really apply so sometimes I find it difficult to get through with some of the changes. I just takes a little longer that's all but I understand this situation is an anomaly.

Good, but a Mac version of Standard would be nice.
It would be nice to have a Mac version of Turbo Tax Standard. Yes, there is an online version, but each return is priced individually.

Things you could add
Works well however the ability to be able to have the Name of Patient and Procedure auto fill in the next box if first 2 letters are the same this would greatly speed entries into medical deductions and make life much easier, and for some reason I cannot just print the confirmation number of my net file reference number nothing happens and the only option after that is print the return..
