It is likely easier to use then I found, perhaps I should have read the instructions closer.
My wife and I have several joint accounts that we had T3 and T5 forms to fill which I did for both of us eventually reading the remaining 50% would be transferred automatically.
We are getting larger refunds than we expected so this TurboTax program "must be wonderful".

Some confusion
I had some confusion about why it kept asking me if I sold a house in the last year. I said no the first time, but it kept on bringing up forms to fill out if you had. Confusing.

Easy to use

Couldn't Netfile as the program wouldn't calculate my Northern Living Allowance for trips, from box 32 amounts on my T4's.
Had to mail in, for the 2nd year in a row now.

Never used other software
I'd never try using other tax software out there. I'm comfortable and familiar with turbo tax. As long as I can store my tax file/documents on my own computer and not on any clouds out there.

Good to the end!
I have been using Turbo Tax for years and love it. It normally reduces my anxiety and I always walk away confident my return is correct. There are a few things that bother me this year that I do not remember from last year. First when I started my return I did not see an option to pull my previous years information in. Not a huge deal but I had to manually enter all mine, my wife's and my kids information. Second, when I got to the end and I have saved, printed and net filed everything the program gets caught in an infinite loop telling me that information has changed and I should save the returns. no matter what I do I can not get out of the loop and exit the program properly. I had to "X" out of the program, this does not seem right.

Comparably easy to use
If I was a first time user with no experience in completing my tax return I would choose to fill my return with the help of a professional. Alternatively if this was not the first time I would use the "Forms" method not the Easy Step, primarily because it can be misleading.

Printer issues
The program generally works well, however there are issues with printing.
The program hangs and can't recover if a print is requested and the printer is unavailable. It must then be terminated via Task Manager.
In these cases the auto recover is not always accurate. i.e. one return already filed, but it says it must be filed again.

Easy to use
I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and I find it user friendly and easy to use. I have not tried other programs, so have no comparison, but I am totally satisfied with this program. Net filing has even become easier this year.
I will continue using Turbo as long as it's available.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years with little problems. However, this year, I found that my claim of Net capital Losses of Other Years (Line 253) was rather difficult to input. If you miss one question in your tax profile, it becomes very difficult to claim this item.

Good, Reliable Product
I have been using Turbotax for 6 years. It has never created a large error for me. The product is easy to use and the easy method never fails me. I wish there was a "Basic+" type of product though as I only do 4 returns a year on Turbotax Standard with 2 of them using auto-fill, pension splitting and the upgraded features Standard brings over Basic.

Good until the end
It was fairly easy to file the return, but tough to exit the program. I've gone through the verification step, seen their ad for Wealthshare, and been thanked three times. It seems to recycle through the last few screens without getting to an exit screen.
