Turbo Tax - Used
Have used this product for many years and have been satisfied each time with its ease and completeness
Without being an accountant, I've managed my own business (in home) and our investments for taxes by this product. The only difficulty I have seen is with the monies made/lost through investments. So, I've never claimed either. Some years have been bad and others good. Too much trouble to make distinctions properly, I think.

Printing of forms
It did not print out my list of medical inserts and it did not allow me to chose what I wanted to print? I would like it back to what it had been in the previous years.

Friendlier then previous on-line versions.
I signed up for 'audit defence' reluctantly; it's probably unnecessary, and a bit of a sales gimmick for TT. AND, I am not pleased .pdf files from last year could not be carried forward as .tt17 files. Turbo Tax should be Turbo Tax.

Still going ...
I have been using this software for years now (Previously Quicktax.) and it is still one of the easiest and quickest ways to complete your taxes. It is accurate and reliable and I have never had a submission questioned. I use Turbo Tax Standard for the entire family and I myself have allowable motor vehicle expenses. Assuming you do not have any unusual or unique needs, this software is all you need.
Why 4 stars and not 5? Nothing is perfect!

only complaint
I have used online version in years past and could always autofill my personal info. this year the download version was cheaper so I went with it. I wasn't able to sign in and automatically import info from last year. that sucked.

Turbo Tax Standard
I've used this program for years, with terrific results. This year, it's very frustrating. Return was completed, but I'm unable to print my copy, or efile. Is it a software glitch? What am I supposed to do? As suggested, I've done the review, more than once, nothing changes.

Easy to use
A good product and easier to use than last years version (and definitely easier and quicker than paper and pen). I still think for what I use it for it is over priced, but because of ease with information transfer I will probably continue to purchase in the future.

Delay in filling
Everything was good with the program but the filling. CRA opened up at 6am EST to receive files and my program would not let me file till after 9:30am. I do not have time to fiddling or waiting with the program. If the CRA is open, the program should be allowing me to file by 6:01am. Not happy with being late with the filling.

Need better help on line.
Could not save file to my p. I had no issues in the past 6-7 years, The forms got saved to a file on my PC no problem. Now I've spent hours trying to save the work I've done with out having to start the whole process over.
Like I've stated, I have not had issues in years past, but now it maybe time to change.

Buy a download NOT a disc.
I would recommend Turbo Tax as a download from a TT website, but not from a disc. This year and one other time after completing my income tax from a disc I was informed that my copy was corrupt (Error: TT403) and I had to start all over again.

Not Bad
I find every year the product is easy to use but the CRA always makes a negative adjustment to what I submit, typically CPP overpayments or something similar. Need to improve on explaining when certain expenses are already optimized or it doesn't matter who claims (ie property tax credit). I also input my medical expenses incorrectly and it was not clear why I was not getting the deduction and capturing the information for the full year. At startup of software it also continually tells me it is unable to update the software and to check out the support page but the support page doesn't show links to any update files, very confusing. I assumed the message simply meant it was already up to date so I moved on. Other than some small issues I rely on this software every year and it is easy to use as the paper approach can be quite confusing so it is really nice to be able to input the date requested and know your program looks after the rest. Thanks as always.

excelent guidance
Some issues with the program
Required an obsolete Visual C++ rpogram to be installed
Would not work using the turbo tax updates, bogged down after personal data was entered and quit. Had to reinstall the program without updates, complete the return then update the software before e-filing.
