Let me count the years!
The year that QuickTax arrived in stores was the year that I became hooked. It's so much easier comparing scenarios than using a pencil & paper AND calculator. I'm wondering what year that was....

Great Overall, one suggestion
Product is easy to use, fast and accurate. It seems to improve a bit each year. As I have used it for over 15 years, call me a believer. One thing to improve. For T5008 forms you have downloaded you must enter the income type (investment or capital gains) for each entry. If you have a lot of lines to update, you may miss one or more. The software tells you you need to fix the entry, but does not highlight which ones you missed, so you must go through all your line items again to find the problem ones.

Very User Friendly
I've been using Turbo Tax for years and I've always found it to easy to use and straightforward. If you have questions you can always call support. I save myself money by completing the tax return myself.

Direct deposit info
Direct deposit box is missing in the tax return and you force on NETFILE step two options:
1. Change or update direct deposit
2. No, for direct deposit.
You should add a third option:
3. No change from previous year.
I have not encountered this error in previous years. I am using TurboTax for 12 years.

Great value for the money
I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed. Easy to use and lots of help screens when you have a question. Almost every year they have a new feature that just makes it easier to use. This year my Notice of Assessment is automatically populated on next years tax return, No more logging into CRA to get that.

It is a very good product
However as I understand that next year Turbotax will not support Windows 7 anymore. Therefore, they have lost me as a customer for I will not upgrade either to Windows 8 or 10. I AM staying with Windows 7....
