I had an error come up for updating that was a real pain to fix. I eventually got it but can't help but feel there are easier ways to remedy the problem.

Not Senior Friendly
The fonts used in this software may be fine for younger clients, but require magnifying glasses for those of us who are seniors.

Probs with Updates
I had no problem installing the program on my Windows 10 PC, completed the forms but had to wait for a couple of late receipts. The next time I used the program, it indicated an update was available so I accepted the update. The update would not install nor could I open my previously completed file. I called the Turbo-Tax Help line, with little success...not willing to wait upwards of an hour to chat with an actual person. I tried many of the recommendations on the Turbo-Tax Forum, i.e reinstalling the program, but no joy. I installed it on my Windows 7 laptop, including updates, without a prob.

TURBOTAX SHORTCOMINGS
EVEN THE CRAPPIEST TAX SOFTWARE HAS A ONE-PAGE TAX SUMMARY. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ONE ??.
IT ONLY TAKES A FEW LINES OF PROGRAMMING TO OMIT THE PRINTING OF ALL LINES WITH ZERO $$.
THIS IS MY SECOND AND LAST YEAR I BUY TURBOTAX.

Easiest tax software so far
Was simple enough to use. Husband and I where able to file and submit in one evening to BOTH LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT. FIRST TIME EVER! Will likely never have to use a tax service again.

User Friendly
Turbo Tax is easy to use, just had trouble with the Northern Living Allowance. Wasn't sure if to enter the total amount of expenses for travel - but was able to figure it out.
Overall it is easy to use even if it's your first time to file online

Very easy, intuitive to use. However, VERY DISAPOINTED AND DISMAYED that software does not allow for carry forward of prior year data from non-TurboTax software. So much so that I almost returned the product for a refund.
