No headaches
I have used Turbo Tax for the last 3 years and have had no trouble with my return. Filing both me and my spouse at the same time has saved me the hassle of taking it to an "expert" or sweating over my own attempt and sending in a cheque through the mail . And I love the tax tips and optimization . Use it again next year!

Display Problems took away from my overall experie
I have been using Turbotax for 5 years now. Its simple, quick, and reliable. What took away from my experience this year is that I had display problems.....I am using windows 10. The font size was so small that I couldn't read it. Spent over 1 hour trying to fix the problem. I read on the internet that "ctrl +" will increase font size. Doesn't work on start-up page...only once you get past that.

Easy Step

Under Windows 7 I received a number of Javascript errors. Luckily this didn't affect completing my taxes.
The program flows a lot better than previous versions.
But it runs a little slow.
Would like to see this optimized in the future.

Have used for a number of years
Have always had good result - until a couple of years ago did a joint return got money back and 6 months later CRA sent a bill and I have to pay it back, not happy with that - other than that excellent

Good product
Quite easy to use, but I do have a suggestion.
When you open Turbo Tax and it shows the tax files and says "continue" It should show if it has been filed with the CRA. Rather than saying "continue" it should show the date filed with the CRA. This would be helpful.

Another home run
I've been using TurboTax (formerly CanTax) since it first came out and have never been disappointed in how organized it makes you. The only issues that I have is that the medical/dental expenses require a date, which involves lots of manual data entry. Having a spreadsheet import function would be a great feature to make this really useful. Alternately, a summary total would be a great feature if allowed.

Fast, easy, Beneficial.
I consider the soft ware to be a very good investment. It is fast, easy to use, and, has saved me more money than the cost of purchase. I have only one criticism. I can not find the way to transfer personal data from past year to current year.

Good efficient and easy access once you are familiar. Print function needs work. waste a lot of paper and ink. pain to print or reprint individual pages. I have used it for years and this function is still no treat.

Good out come/confusing process at times

If you Netfile CRA and get a confirmation from CRA do not check the tab that has your name and netfile T1### as it will say that Turbo Tax cannot create a valid file and you can't use CRA Netfile. Just go to the done with filing bullet. Once you have the CRA confirmation number you have Netfiled.

Still awesome after all these years
It's strange to admit that it's a pleasure to do taxes, but using Intuit TurboTax almost makes that so. It is has a very thorough and easy to use format and great tools and tips for determining deductions and savings.
