Seems to be some bugs ...otherwise great as usual
Consistently got script errors that completely prevented using the Easy Step method unless I reinstalled the program. After reinstalling, it was fine until I closed the program. The next time I opened it...script errors, reinstall, repeat.

Mostly Satifying
Completed 2 returns in a few hours, and I'm confident that the filings were accurate.
However, the 'Optimizing' of charitable donations and pension income splitting appears to be chasing pennies that can be a product of rounding. Over-riding the calculated "Optimized" allocations resulted in a Netfile error that was a pill to correct. Using the "Optimized" pension split would have increased an amount owed by ~$1000, and a refund by ~$1000, only to acquire $0.02 net benefit.

recommendable, but not perfect
Netfile reported a fictitious error, disallowing me to use Netfile: It reported as error that I had claimed an expense for a safety deposit box but no interest expense for a loan etc.
I had to claim an interest expense of $0.01 to get rid of that error.

Very easy to use except for typing / printing options. You either get all or nothing in printed pages. Too much junk. I would recommend TurboTax if the print options were enhanced. Otherwise a great product.

Can you make Turbo tax able to get the info required from your spouses return automatically? so you don't have to jot the line# you need, close yours, open theirs, find the lines, copy the info, close theirs, open yours, and enter the info? Also how do I know if I need to enter a return for my kids? can they have some questions to determine this? Can it make suggestions regarding if it would save taxes to income split or move costs to your spouses return such as "I see your income is X and your spouses is Y, if you move Z dollars to your spouses your cumulative taxes will be reduced by Q dollars".

Not really easy to use but handy
The software is not easy to use at the end when you actually want to file your taxes and I had to modify the form manually to correct my application.
The good thing with the software is that it allows one to work either with the wizard or manually modify the forms, thumb's up.

Long time Turbo Tax user
I've been using Turbo Tax and also its predecessor Quick Tax since 1997. The program contains some excellent features but I now find it becoming a bit pricey since there are similar programs available from different sources at no charge. Also, the cost to purchase an additional return on line is a bit rich. Finally, I printed a form only from a tax return (year 2014) and the return counter added it as a return used.

Software feedback
This is the second year in a row that I see software errors and have not been able to communicate them back. Now presuming Turbo Tax has a process, what is it? I have indicated that I recommend this product to friends, but that will change if this is not addressed.

2015 Software errors
I've used TurboTax for years without any issues. The 2015 version has had multiple corrupt files, and I had to remove and reinstall twice. The reinstall option in the setup.exe file did not work. Once I got it going, it was the same easy to use software.

A bug & an inconvenience
Overall, I liked the program better this year than in past years.
Bug: After I fetched my tax slip data from CRA, TurboTax crashed when I attempted to fetch my spouse's data. Once I reopened TurboTax, it fetched her data successfully.
Inconvenience: Entering medical expenses via the T-Slips window is a nuisance. I would prefer to copy&paste my spreadsheet into the worksheet on the form.

at the end of the process, once I had netfiled, I kept pressing Continued and it seemed to refresh the same page or open a very similar page leading me to question what to do next - do I just quit now or??

easy use
I again had a problem with the display being bigger
than my screen would display this year. I had to constantly move the bar at bottom of screen to use the "continue button" .
It would be a great added feature if one could print a copy of the "this year" vs "last year " summary of income, deductions and taxes comparison .
Other than above , relatively easy to use

Standard could use a Premium option
I know if Standard is too good, nobody will buy Premium, but one thing Premium is supposed to have the I could use in Standard, is the ability to link to Excel Spreadsheets. Entering stock trade information is a drag.

Ease of Use
Very straight forward to use. I use the forms format as I find the other format frustrating because I do taxes for more than myself. Had to adapt medical reporting as there were not enough spaces to enter each receipt individually

Where are you Turbo???
Very comprehensive software, but always results in a re-assessment by Quebec for more money. Not sure why, but it's annoying.
There used to be contact information in past years where you could phone up if something, such as Netfiling or whatever, wasn't working. But now, it sends you to a chat room, where people probably don't even know what they are talking about. Extremely annoying, after being used to better service in the past.

Good Value
Turbo Tax is an easy to use product and the Netfile option works like a charm. Since I still use Windows XP, I dislike the decision to discontinue the support for XP. I would however look forward to Turbo Tax supporting Linux operating systems and also the Firefox browser.
