Statement of Business Activities
Again this year I had trouble entering info on page of the schedule. The program wouldn't accept the account number/business number issued for the business. I finally left it blank so the return could be netfiled. Need to allow more flexibility for the different account numbers issued.

This is a good tax app and would use it again
Need to add the ability to make print font size larger for people with impaired vision. Adding bold would be good. fonts are very fine and narrow.

Fast and Simple Return
I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now. They have simplified the Net File. The entire process took about an hour to complete! Great Job TurboTax!

Getting better - but Overprints
TurboTax Standard, which I've used for a few years now for me & my CL partner, seems much improved this year - easier & smoother to use.
HOWEVER - As in all past years, in Printing our returns, even though I click yes when TT asks if I want it to NOT prints forms & pages with no entries on them, it ignores that, and I end up with a huge stack of paper, probably less than half of it actually having anything significant on it.
SO - PLEASE for next year I HOPE I won't be wasting so much paper...

Good product
The program worked well. The only problem I had was the Netfile which I had a difficult time with. Appeared to loop back. Only part of program (submitting thru Netfile) that methinks could use some tinkering/changes. Other than that the program is fine.

Suggestions to TurboTax For Improvement
A better interface screen for medical Expenses and Optimizer that shows where the upper limit is and where the 12 month break should fall to optimize this limit as well as suggesting which bills should be omitted and held until next year.

Optimzier & Review
Great for easily optimizing RRSP, Donations, Pension Splitting and Medical Expenses between spouses. Also helpful to determine best option between claiming personal care home expenses as medical expenses or claiming the disability tax credit.

pretty good
All good BUT
me amd my wife own few rental properties (50/50 ownership)
and we have to fill in TWICE (for me , then for my wife) all figures for all rental properties. That is NOT good.

Still ticking - after many years
Have been using this software for about 12-15 years. Keeps getting better each year. Only complaint is about auto-purchase. Seems that I can get it cheaper retail than what they have been charging me for auto-purchase past couple of years. Seems an odd way to give a bonus for a repeat customer.

I'm Not So Sure!
I previously used your "Profile" software in a professional setting, doing approximately 400 returns. Now using Turbo Tax Standard, and doing only 3 returns. Therefore, is struggle with the learning curve. Lots of little "bells & whistle" that are missing now.
I find printing the entire return is challenging, some unnecessary forms print and various support forms that I like to see, do not print

missing ttdownload.exe
Product wouldn't update due to missign ttdownld.exe I had to steal it from a previous version to make the updates work. Reinstalled Turbotax twice before getting to that drastic measure.

Netfile had to be done manually
For whatever reason, we had to Netfile manually. We kept getting the message "Could not receive the terms and Conditions" one several attempts. Doing the manual filing worked first time.

Continued improvements
I've used TurboTax & its predecessor Quicktax for decades. Intuit continues to improve the product. The EasyStep method is extremely useful to help ensure all information that should be reflected in the return is captured.

Like the direct Netfile
