Definitely Recommend
At 50 years old I was a bit skeptical in attempting to do my tax return for the first time but with COVID-19 restrictions, I thought that I would give it a try.

Best Product, Year after Year
I've been using this product since the earliest release I can remember, from before the days it used to be called QuickTax. The product has been maintained reliable throughout the years since, and has been improved to become even easier to use year after year. The feature to import documents from the CRA introduced in this year's release worked flawlessly. Anyone that knows me, knows I would be the first to point out flaws in any software I used were I to have stumbled over any. I just hope they can release the next few years without requiring/forcing me to upgrade my OS.

I wish that the date of the return occurred on each page of the return. Because it doesn't it makes checking stuff years later difficult.

It's a Very Good Year!
I have used Turbotax for a number of years now and have encountered difficulties in prev years, once so badly that I stopped using TT. I went back to it after trying some other available programs. This year, the 2019 Tax Year worked very smoothly. It still had a few areas hard for me to navigate. However that may be my own inexperience with the computer and internet and not the program. If the program remains basically the same, next year should be a breeze. Actually looking forward to filing my taxes now. Thanks, TT!!!

Easy and Thorough
I use the forms method and find the process of filling in my tax information easy. Turbo Tax reminds me of my oversights so many errors are prevented. Years of filing returns with Turbo Tax were error free and brought no surprises when my assessment was returned by CRA

Simplicity
I have relied on a CPA to prepare our tax returns for the past 35 years. Unfortunately, my tax professional passed away; consequently, I decided to purchase the standard Turbo Tax software package this year. I am 82 years of age, have a post graduate education and have been using computer technology (H/W and S/W) since 1983. I found the Turbo Tax software very simple to navigate in order to complete my tax return. Purchasing Turbo Tax is my best investment this year. Simple and priceless ! Very Highly Recommended.

Very Helpful
This product gets easier to use every year. I do appreciate the program reviewing my work before sending because I did miss an opportunity. Only suggestion is to make it accessable on Mac computers, I have a Mac but needed to borrow a PC to use this awesome program

Excellent purchase
Have been using Turbo tax since Intuit was its name. Have gifted Turbo Tax to friends who swear by it. AND it gets better every year. Only one problem, it won't print our a cheque for immediate refunds! Have to wait for CRA for that. Ha! Ha!

Turbo Tax, every year

Usually stress out about taxes a bit but this program always makes it easy and painless. My wife and I used to team up and work together to do the taxes but now I do the taxes myself and it is much less stressful. Turns out it was not the taxes, it was my wife.
