quick and efficient
we have used turbo tax for a few years now, and it is quick and easy. it takes you step by step through all areas of your taxes and highlights important key words to help you understand your choices. we continue to use turbo tax for convenient and reliable tax filing. the efile is dependable and is in our bank within 10 business days.

Pretty Solid Overall
Relatively easy to use. Occasionally need to look carefully at some of the topics as they are not always easily understood and the help topics can be a little complicated as well. That being said these are few and far between. Inexpensive way to do your own taxes while still ensuring accuracy. Worth it.

New Interface has some bugs
I liked the old interface better. It was easier to navigate back and forth from help, tax summary and other screen back to where you were. I got lost in a dead end and had to start over several times because there was no easy way to return to what I was doing. No work was lost, but it did slow me down. Interview questions are improved, but the dead end bug needs to be fixed.

Started using Quick Tax in 2000 and I am still with Intuit - TurboTax. That should be a good enough recommendation for the product.
I must say there were a few minor bugs, nothing to write home about.

some flaws this year
Have been using for more than 10 years, with very few problems. But this year, again, have had problems transferring education and tuition expenses to my spouse. Also had problems using my scroll button, and having to click multiple times in a field or on a button.
