Ease On Deductions
Software great just a tweak if possible, make the deductions show more up front. In the profile interview question it would not trigger you to think Prescribed areas would be buried there.

Awesome Support
Completed taxes myself but opted to have it look over by a "PRO". Elizabeth was patient and knew the answers to most of my questions. This was the first time I have used a tax program and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and my mind was put to rest after Elizabeth looked it over for me to confirm that I had entered everything correctly.

Two screens need to be clarified ...
General comment about product review ... shouldn't be any "required fields" - they have nothing to do with the feedback I want to give.
OK, two things. (1) Annual professional, union, or like dues - please clarify if the amount to enter should include tax or not. I believe it should include tax ... I discovered this by trial and error. (2) Interest income on joint accounts - please clarify that each holder of the joint account reports their share of the interest, NOT the total amount on the T5 followed by the percentage that is theirs (as the screen appears to indicate). I found your screen presentation misleading, but again learned the right way by trial and error.
Otherwise I found the software easy and user friendly.

Satisfied
Turbo Tax Standard worked excellent for my needs (basic T4, school tuition, medical expenses). I really liked out easy to use it was. This is my second year using Turbo Tax, and I will probably continue to use it.

TaxEase
Using Turbo Tax takes the horror out of the tax season. Just answer the questions and complete the forms that apply and before you know it, your done. Turbo Tax allows you to also do what ifs to help you decrease taxes.
In short Turbo Tax makes completing and filing our taxes each year accurate and easy.

Turbo tax makes what some find extremely hard into an easy, quick process. They have many helpful hints and suggestions if you get stuck. I've used this program for 5 years now and I will always continue to use it. I recommend to even the most beginner tax preparer. Wonderful Program!!!
