Netfiling
I have used this program for many years and fine it pretty straightforward use and usually accurate. The errors have been mine, however, because it notes to print for mailing before it ever mentions Netfiling. I found myself searching for about 1/2 hour before clicking next which eventually led me to the Netfile button to click and Ta Da it was done.
There also isn't an option to submit on this form without previewing first. Would be nice to have known that.

Too many ads
I use this product every year, but this year was ridiculous with all the ads. Every few screens, they're trying to sell me an additional service. It got annoying in a hurry.

I found it a little challenging to go between forms and easy step when I had a box to enter that hadn't appeared sometimes so I highly recommend that you go slow and make sure you read the instructions on the forms provided.

User for many years
I have used TurboTax (QuickTax) for many years. I have done my children's taxes for years as well. I love it. It is simple to use. If I have questions, I usually get them answered through the site. I highly recommend this product.

great in general
super easy to netfile now! even first time filers can easily send income tax files directly to government with a click! no more searching your computer files to find where it got filed when you clicked "file".
My only complaint is I couldn't find where to claim public transit expenses. I used the help centre and looked for about 30 minutes and gave up. Didn't feel like calling turbo tax. So all in all a B++

Too many ads
There is far too many advertising screens and questions regarding other tax and will preparation services that the company provides. Eliminate them and the product would be great.

Last Step Error?
Just before allowing me to Netfile, TT came up with a screen asking me to match "interest income" to listed sources. The problem was that TT had included the foreign income with the interest income and that was not one of the sources listed - I saw through FAQ that others had encountered this and were advised to ignore this. I ignored this and filed with no glitches, but this created a bit of a problem for me until I found the related FAQ. Why does this continue to happen each year?

Good Software however should reward loyalty
While I find TurboTax great to use with easy steps and robust to use, I would like Turbo Tax to reward loyal users by giving the discount applicable everyyear by email info much before the due date.

Do It Yourself with Turbo Tax
I used to pay a professional to prepare my income tax return and I never thought that it would be that easy with Turbo Tax software. Now I did it myself and realized some savings as well!

I have used Turbo Tax for 5 years. Any problems have been sorted out by phone calls to their support group. It takes me a lot less time to do our tax returns (3) than before and my daughter uses mine too.

Good for easy filings
This is an excellent package for easy to moderate filings. I would have liked more information about carry forward and back - did not get that. Also, did not know how to delete certain forms after the fact. Other than that, great filing package.
