Good, slightly complicated in certain cases
I had a nice time going gently through the process with the software, but as an immigrant I often found some of the parts not descriptive enough for my needs. Occasionally I was lost and it took some time to find out what I needed to do. Overall the program finished wonderfully, thank to TurboTax for it being free! I very much appreciated that quality and I would recommend this software to low-income individuals.

Best Purchase Ever
Overall very straight forward and easy to use. A few items took a while to figure out such as exchange rate and km for moving. In the end I was happy and would use it again.

Overall, very simple to use and walked me through the process well. The only issue was the claim for my university transit pass, which I declared in the set up process but had to search for about an hour to find where to claim. Done done done and again, right before deadline.

So Easy to Use Myself!

Good for students

Student debt!!!
Turbotax is extremely helpful, BUT it should be free for students! It was last year.

So Easy to Use
I've never been good at filing my taxes and always end up with the wrong number in the end. TurboTax has allowed me to get the most out of my return so I can get the most money back possible. I'm a student so the return greatly helps the already tight budget I put myself on.

Easy tax
It is simple for anyone who knows taxes, but I'd think that most students are new to the tax world and would benefit from some detailed explanations of what transferring the tuition deduction to parent does, for example - what the limit is and that the parents cannot benefit from carry-forward tuition amounts that were unclaimed in the year. The nuances should be at their finger-tips.
