way to go
I have used Turbo tax for two years now and I cannot believe how easy it is. I am a student and love this program. I am sure I will use it for many years to come.

Reeeeeally good
Love this software. Totally going to buy it when I am no longer a student.
the only problem I have is the text Size. If i could select text size without pressing CTRL + mouse wheel up/down
that would be great.

Simple but frustrating
Turbo tax was easy to use and helpful with guiding me through the steps of doing my taxes. However when I got to the end and needed to correct some errors I had accidentally made, it was difficult to find the exact section where i needed to make the correction. I had to scroll through from the beginning until I found the one little line I needed to change, very time-consuming. All in all a good purchase.

Does the math for me!!
I switched computers from a PC to a Mac and was not able to retrieve my old records so that was frustrating. Also, after checking off a category by mistake I was not able to eliminate it from coming back. Eg. I said I had business activities - I do not. But I was not able to stop the pages from returning again and again and showing up on my summary.

Quick and almost problem free
I've used this program for years with no issue, but this year I had to completely erase my file after completion and start from scratch because it would not let me change one detail in my personal profile after the fact. This was really annoying! So, usually I love netfile but it looks like I've unfortunately hit a bug.

Free & Easy
Turbotax student is the best way to file taxes as a student. You get to track your refund through the whole process to see where the refund is maximized or reduced.

Does the trick
I have used Turbo Tax for a couple of years now. I have always been overall happy with. There have been a few changes this year to the program that I was not too happy with such as the Audit alert I kept receiving which I believe was in error as many people seemed to have the same problem when there was no real audit risk at all. The second problem was that as a student I did not need to pay previously when using this software but this time around I was required to pay. Other than that, Turbo Tax worked out ok.

Easy to Use - One part needs clarification
I've been using Turbo Tax (previously QuickTax) for years to file my tax returns. I've used it for both student and professional (self-employment) tax returns and have found the process easy and even enjoyable because the program leads you step by step using easy to understand questions, while flagging possible errors. It has been a reliable way for me to file my taxes with less stress.
However, one minor problem I came across this year is that the program asks for an update in marital status. This year I got divorced. After specifying the date of the status change, the program asked me to input my spouse's information and then applied for a spousal tax credit. If I've selected "divorced", it seems odd that TurboTax would need my ex-spouse's information and would apply for a spousal tax credit. I hope this doesn't screw up my tax return.

Useful
Very useful and easier then doing my taxes by hand. Only wish there was some hybrid of low-income, unused tuition amounts so I can use the software for free next year when I wont be claiming any new tuition.

Student Edition Not Free
I've used TurboTax Student Edition for 4 years and was disappointed that I had to pay 17.99 because my income this year was greater than $20,000 by $440.16... It is what it is I guess.

Easy to use!
As a student with some investments TurboTax was very easy to use and very straight forward. I feel confident when I file my taxes with them. It would be nice though if it was free for students regardless of their income since my income was generated from scholarships and an RESP.

Price is right
The price of this product is right for students (free). It works well and it's fast. The speed is important for students, since they are taxed on time as well.

as student didn't give the option to include my wife's tax return, it should have done it and then told me that I have to pay extra for that.
in the carry forward moving expenses it is not very well specified from which year net income did i have to report.

Great tax service!

Turbo Tax Student
I really like Turbo tax online because it's really easy to use and convenient. The only thing I would suggest is for things to be explained a little better; sometimes I was confused with the questions I was being asked. I was hoping I could get compensation for the money I spent on gas over the past year (driving to school and back) but I didn't see any option of that.

Torture made bearable
I have tried to do the taxes on paper many times and have found the process very bulky and cumbersome. I appreciate the fact that information need only be entered once and that there are handy links to the explanations.
