Great Improvements in Look
I am a mature student, taking courses part time. The student part of the software was easy to use, easier than previous versions.
The interface is greatly improved. I enjoyed the small icons, and the way the questions were paced.

So Easy
Last year I tried to do my taxes by myself, and they ended up having to change almost everything that I did. Hopefully this year my return will actually be done properly. This really helped straighten things out.
